Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Meoks — www.meoks.com
Buyer: The customer placing the order

2. Subject

This agreement, within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regulates the conditions for the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer.

3. Product Information

The essential characteristics, sale price, and payment information of the ordered products are included in the order confirmation email.

4. Delivery

Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation. The delivery address is the address specified by the buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date of the goods, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. Sending an email to info@meoks.com is sufficient for a withdrawal notification.

6. Return Conditions

Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised must be returned in their original packaging and unused. The return shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
